1. Introduction and Acceptance

tkbaj is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, and color prediction services to eligible players. The platform is operated by an internationally licensed entity and is made available to players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of the tkbaj platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, claiming bonuses, and use of any customer support services. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tkbaj reserves the right to:

• Immediately close all associated accounts;
• Forfeit any and all balances, bonuses, and pending winnings held across those accounts;

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep that information current. tkbaj reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. You are responsible for updating your account details if any information changes after registration.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The tkbaj platform is made available to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. tkbaj makes no representation that the services are lawful in all jurisdictions and expressly disclaims responsibility for any use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your tkbaj account. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you. You must notify tkbaj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

tkbaj is required to verify the identity of players in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your use of the platform, and in all cases before a withdrawal request will be processed:

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

4.4 Deposit Ownership

You may only deposit funds from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposited amount will be returned to the source account (less any applicable fees) and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 No Interest

tkbaj does not pay interest on funds held in your account wallet, regardless of the duration or amount of the balance held.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.2 Verification Requirement

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification (see Section 3). Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is completed will be held in a pending state until the required documentation has been reviewed and approved.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Once approved, withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within minutes during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional security checks are required. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take 3–7 business days.

5.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. tkbaj reserves the right to require additional verification before approving a withdrawal to a payment method different from that used for the original deposit.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

Where a withdrawal request includes funds derived from bonus credits, those funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus was granted. Bonus-derived funds may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by tkbaj are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. In addition to those specific terms, the following general provisions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and identity verification;
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash (until wagering requirements are met), or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted;

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or withdrawing before wagering requirements are met — constitutes bonus abuse. tkbaj reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel winnings derived from any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse, and to close such accounts without liability.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

tkbaj reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where a sporting event has already concluded, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including (but not limited to): clear pricing errors, the cancellation or postponement of a sporting event, force majeure events, or technical malfunctions affecting the recording or processing of the bet. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's wallet.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

tkbaj applies maximum payout limits on a per-bet, per-event, and per-day basis. These limits vary by sport, market, and game type and are published in the individual game and betting rules sections of the platform. tkbaj reserves the right to reduce winnings to the applicable maximum where a bet would otherwise exceed that limit.

7.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on the tkbaj platform are supplied by third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules of each game are governed by the rules set by the relevant software provider. Published RTP values are provided for informational purposes and represent long-term statistical averages rather than guaranteed returns.

7.5 Color Prediction Games

Color prediction games operate on fixed-cycle rounds with results determined by a certified random number generator. Round results are final once the outcome has been declared. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbaj platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one account (duplicate or multi-accounting);

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbaj excludes all liability for:

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised with tkbaj support, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process specified by tkbaj's licensing authority. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending final resolution of a dispute.
